My name is Taylor Johnson, Son of Esther. This letter is my attempt to convey my most sincere thanks to those of you who have responded to the site by e-mail. I will attempt to answer some of your questions. I have only recently been able to gain access to a personal computer, so I am now able to bring you up to date, as to the incredible events which have occurred, since opened the web site in October of 1998.Throughout the course of the last four (4) years  have come to be acquainted with the laws which have been written to protect the elderly and the elderly who find themselves under guardianship by way of mental incapacity or illness. These laws are on the books, but I have found that when violations of these laws occur to the elderly under guardianship, the law enforcement agencies of the State of Massachusetts can and do, simply ignore the laws. They even go so far as to state that these laws, which are in black and white, don't exist. In one instance a Deputy Chief Magistrate, of the Waltham District Court, checked with an Assistant D. A. in the building, and conveyed to me what she was told: "A guardian, of a declared mentally ill senior citizen, can do anything they want to the elderly person, short of shooting them with a gun".  To assist any interested party in getting a clearer overview of the circumstances and events which occurred and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts allowed to occur, please contact me personally at my email address listed below.

On a more personal note: Since the murder of Esther Johnson Dec. 30, 1998 occurred and the massive amount of theft which occurred to her estate has been exposed ($600.000), these things cannot be undone. What my immediate intention is now; what I am most determined to accomplish; is not seeing the here-in named 0 accused being prosecuted for what they did but for how they did it. They must be punished for their participation in the pre-meditated, carefully calculated and orchestrated, systematic unrelenting physical, emotional and psychological, torture which these people deliberately and knowingly inflicted upon a senior citizens, every day over the course of three and one half years (3 1/2 yrs.).  It is well documented that I have filed formal charges against Carol Mackay and Dr. Christopher Ryan for murder, by way of "Depraved Indifference to Human Life".

To date, I have received no response from the D. A. or the A. G., nor have they contacted any of the witnesses on the list that I provided to them.
