MISSION STATEMENT
OF THE ESTABLISHMENT
OF THE TRUST - ESTHER JOHNSON -
ELDERLY ABUSE LEGAL DEFENSE FUND

Our mission is to organize and develop resources to help Elders who are being abused in any way.  We are committed to help them fight any abuse, be it physical, emotional or financial.  We must educate the public to the misuse of guardianships imposed on elders stripping them of all rights and assets.

NEED
The following statement of fact and finance is a matter of public record:

The World War II generation, birth dates, 1910 - 1930, are the group of people who have most successfully utilized a capitalist system to its optimum benefit for themselves and their progeny.  Their offspring, birth dates 1945 - 1965, are now poised on the threshold of the transfer of that hard earned wealth.  This is the singular largest transfer of wealth from one generation to another in the entire history of man kind, reliably estimated at two trillion dollars worth of tangible assets.  This combination of enormous wealth, coupled with the well recognized break down of the moral and ethical fabric which this nation, has been experiencing since 1970 - the present, constitutes a time bomb effect which can be defused if caught before the bomb is fully activated.

Family strife over inheritance rights is as old as the Bible but this collision of these two particular demographics, at this time in history, is unprecedented and predictably volatile.  Our first hand knowledge of elderly abuse is of course limited to Massachusetts but the many E-mails we have received at our web sight, www.elderlyabuse.com, strongly depicts a nation wide trend which is escalating at an epidemic rate.

The 3 1/2 year nightmare, which Esther Johnson was forced to suffer and which directly caused her death, revolves around the Probate Court structure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the courts absolute refusal to abide by the existing protective laws for the elderly, if it means that they would have to admit to having made an error.  When a group of people, in this case a group of professionals, get together to seize control over an elderly person and her assets and in this case utilizes perjury, forgery and falsified medical records, the court is apt to grant them an emergency guardianship.  Once that is granted, the elderly person ceases to be a legal entity and is thereafter identified as the WARD with an associated docket number.  Under the law the guardian, in any personal financial dealings, uses the following legal salutation, i.e. (to a bank, state authority, or medical authority):  Dear Sir/Madame:  I am the person and estate of Esther Johnson.
