THESE
HAND WRITTEN NOTES (PLEADING FOR HELP) WERE PERSONALLY GIVEN TO ALL
AGENCIES OF THE COMMONWEALTH WHOSE MANDATE IS TO PROTECT THE SENIOR
CITIZENS OF THE STATE, AS WELL AS HER COURT APPOINTED
ATTORNEYS, GUARDIAN AD LITEM DAVID APTAKER AND ATTORNEY FOR THE WARD
GERALDINE FOLEY, WHO WERE MANDATED TO PROTECT AND REPRESENT HER LEGAL
RIGHTS AND WISHES. IN 1995, DAVID GATELY, HER THEN STATE
REPRESENTATIVE AND CITY COUNCILOR, RECEIVED THESE NOTES AS WELL AS
THE WALTHAM POLICE DEPARTMENT.

This
was Esther's first attempt to communicate with the outside
authorities. the handwriting is a sample of her penmanship 6
weeks after the stroke of June 14th and 15th. it also is
useful to compare this handwriting to her next example in
September after she had nearly been killed by the illegal drugs
she had been given
throughout the period of august1995 to early September 1995.
The idea to write on the headline page was Esther's to document
the date. the spelling error (soons) is a compILAtion of
(SOON) AND ( my son's house) because she was writing hurriedly,
and in fear of getting caught by an agent of Harriet's who was
close by.
