The Motions are here...
| After
Judge Dilday had imposed a severe visitation order, May 1996, for Esther's
son Taylor which required that he and Esther could only see each other if
there was a guardian approved monitor present which Taylor had to pay for,
($100.00 - $200.00 per visit), he took every opportunity he had in Motion
Sessions at court to try and restore Esther's basic civil, constitutional
and human rights to see her own family and friends whenever she wanted.
These rights, are by law, fundamental and inviolable by anyone including
guardians and Judges. Despite all commonly held rules of basic human
decency, Judge Dilday persisted in keeping Esther held as a virtual
prisoner in the custody of total barbarians.
Here
are some motion examples of Taylor's efforts to restore some of his
mother's basic, God given rights and also Judge Dilday's inhumane
responses.
Motion filed June 9,1998

Motion filed August 4,1998
