The
office of Tom Reilly, Middlesex D.A. has concluded that the following
documented acts do not constitute criminality when committed against a
senior citizen that has been falsely declared mentally ill. Falsifying
medical records, fabricating medical history, fabricating medical
condition, prevention of medical attention to cause debilitating injury
to the patient, closing the patient's throat to promote dehydration and
starvation, order that no rehabilitation be allowed to the patient,
impose a severe DO NOT RESUSCITATE order to insure depraved indifference
to the patient, without cause, authority from the patient, or authority
from the court, force dangerous anti-psychotic drugs into the patient
without court authority or consent from the patient in order to cause
the dangerous side effect reactions associated with the drug and having
induced such dangerous effect, continue administering the drug to
promote death. The office of Tom Reilly has also concluded that the
following documented facts and events does not constitute criminal
activity when perpetrated by attorneys of the Probate Court.
Attorneys acting cooperatively may commit and suborn perjury in order to
secure for their client total control over the life of a senior citizen
and in this case the senior's one million plus assets ($600,000 in
cash). D. A. Reilly's office concludes that this is not criminal
activity.
It is also not criminal for a nurse, with pre-meditation, to deny medical
attention to a senior citizen when the senior is suffering the early
onset of a stroke, for the purpose of allowing debilitating injury to
occur. A doctor and a nurse may fabricate and distort medical records of
the senior citizen and the attorneys, with full knowledge of the medical
personnel's actions, may present these fabrications and distortions a
fact to the Probate Court. Attorneys who are personally known to Tom
Reilly's office may implicitly threaten the life of a senior citizen in
order to subvert the legally stated intents and wishes of the senior
citizen in favor of the client they collectively represent. Those court
officers who deliberately distort and fabricate events, which are then
presented to the court as fact, are not acting criminally.
The office of Tom Reilly has received hard documents, pictures, tape
recordings and testimony indicating that everything here-in related, as
factual. His office has also received and reviewed documents and
information indicating cover-up and obstruction of justice by court
officers and certain members of the Waltham Police, including fabricated
police reports.

he physical torture of a senior citizen over an eight-month period is
well witnessed and documented yet is perceived by his office to be non
criminal. The office of the Middlesex D. A. has assured State Police
Officer Sergeant Dan Clarke that no criminality had taken place in any
of the factual related events. This is Merely a fraction of the abuses
which have been heaped upon a senior citizen of Waltham Massachusetts
yet the office of Tom Reilly has concluded that no crimes have been
committed, a conclusion reached without investigation or interviewing
the eye witnesses. Tom Reilly is cordially invited to take punitive
criminal or civil action against me if I have misrepresented anything
contained in this correspondence.
